  • Foundation: adapted to local ground conditions, in most cases remountable screw piles
  • Insulation: wood fibre, without toxic glues
  • Bathroom: fully turn-key ComfortCabin, several sanitary options possible
  • Design life span: 50 years
  • Warranty: 10 years
  • Installations: water, electricity, data, heating, cooling etc included. Connection to utilities depending on situation.
  • Transportability: easy to lift because of its low weight, can be transported on a standard flat-bed trailer.
  • Regulations: comply with the Buildings Decree on permanent housing + the latest BENG standards
