THE BENEFITS OF DIGITAL FABRICATION

The New Makers Oost uses an innovative, high-tech and efficient process to construct the Uuthuuskes. Most of the work happens in our workspaces – leaving your site free from construction until a short while before delivery. We use CNC technology to cut out the ‘LEGO’ pieces.

90% of the work is already done when we deliver the Uuthuuskes! Each home comes with a pre-installed bathroom and kitchen, all that’s left to do is plug in the utilities and move in!

Uuthuuskes zijn flexibele, circulaire en betaalbare woningen. Met Uutwijkskes kunnen tijdelijk beschikbare grondposities worden ingezet als oplossing voor het woningtekort.
